Staying Social at Home: Virtual Activities

We know staying at home can be difficult. However, we found some ways that you can connect with the outside world virtually.

How to keep interacting with your elders

  • Schedule virtual family visits (facetime, skype, zoom)
  • Limit in-person visits to adults only
  • Check in on seniors and ask what you can do for them (run errands, give them calls)

  • Set up book clubs or discussion groups to stay connected
